alcohol companies pay for the dont drink and drive commercials
they basically have to put on these commercials after all the lawsuits against them

Fuck if I know, i was just throwing an option out there. I'm sure there are plenty of companies out there who want a good public image and anti-drug commercials will get you in with a lot of powerful people. I'm just saying
