Who Makes Those Square Green Plastic 'Drip Plates' That Kind of Looks Like a Cheese Grater?

I've seen them in photos and I actually saw them in person today while at the local grow shop. Unfortunately, I never thought to make note of the manufacturer's name. An image search is giving me no results. Hopefully someone here knows what I'm talking about and can point me in the right direction. Thanks!

They aren't very good if you're scrogging because if the plant grows at an angle the whole concept is ruined. Plus you can't get them on or off if the stalk gets too big. The bigger round flood and dripper shield types are made of a flexible rubber, which would have made more sense than hard plastic. I have a tall stack of the 4" ones and like 25 of the round flood and dripper shields sitting in a storage closest.
