Who uses those free timers from HTG?

Can someone explain step by step how to use one of those timers u get free from HTG please? sry to sound like a noob..

The Heavy duty ones with the little black push down buttons?

Each little black push down button is a 15 minute increment of a 24 day. So if you running lets say 12/12 starting at 9am, you would push those little black things down between 9am-9pm then go to the center dial and set the correct time within a minute or 2 is cool, but it sucks cause the ticks that you hear while turning the dial represent single minutes instead of the 15 minute increments that the black buttons do. So it'll be off a bit (Like if you set it for 9, it'll be late like at 9:03 you know what I mean, mines off by about 6 minutes but its cool you still get 12/12) so your dial is at the correct start time (current time) your black buttons are pushed down for the time you want your light on. Plug in and push the red button on the side up (you can do that any time really lol)

No problem bro, you can try it out using something else other then the light. Thats a heavy duty timer it can be used for appliances and other things as well. Helps get used to it
