If yer opening a brick-n-mortar head shop/smoke shop/tobacco shop, you might want to look into a consignment deal or 2 for the glass. The largest "tobacco shop" in the region opened a year or two ago, and works with about 80% of their inventory on consignment. They get a % of the sale. Currently they have about 20-30 glass blowers from around the world on consignment, and easily over 10,000 pieces; they have a crazy BIG selection (makes the selection at Pipe Dreams on Haight in San Francisco look small. That's the only glass shop I could think of that a lot of people might have been to, over the years.) As for papers, yeah try that suggestion above.
