Who’s growing Sativas?

For me, if I grow any of my old sativas that I have bred for seeds indoors, plants like my 72 colombian gold or my 74 lambs breath, I have to keep topping the top until they start internoding because if I don't I will run out of room, height wise. But usually when I am growing them indoors, I just top them 2 times and then kick them into flower when they are between 15" to 18" and they still end up being 5 to 5 1/2 foot plants in 4 gallon nursery pots, which really are only 3 gallon pots. Both my colombian gold or my lambs breath can grow up to 5 times whatever size they were when they are flipped. Anyhow... I myself cannot grow them outside because where I live the season is just to short here, they are both 16 to 22 weeks strains, but a buddy of mine who lives in South Texas where I use to live grows them outside all the time and most times they end up being over 25 feet tall even if topped a few times.
Any chance you have extra of the Lambsbreath that I can buy off of you? I can't find the real deal to save my life.

90% of the plants I grow are Sativa, because it's simply the best weed there is.
They do take longer, like 10 weeks on average, and require more training but it's worth it.
Just tie them down (LST), and all will be good :)
Here are a few Super Sliver Haze plants that I grew last month

Agreed. The wait is worth it. Indicas are fine, but there's something special about taking a plant for three months at a time or more. I didn't know what my patience was made of until I grew sativas.

An Oldtimers Haze. It's about to go indoors under artificial light. It's from seed I made from the two fastest OTH I had. The fastest male and the fastest female. It's actually showing more flowering than the PCK/Durban or PCK/Panama plants I have growing. It's been outdoors and neglected so it's a little rough for wear but still growing strong. It was also probably the most drastic supercropping I have ever done. I let it get out of hand and it got pretty tall so I had to cut the height in half. Took awhile and my thumb and forefinger got sore but I mashed the stalk and bent it down. It didn't effect it at all and all the tops are now pointing up again.

Here is the plant before supercropping:

I’m wondering how many of you have a fairly pure Sativa as part of your lineup? Do you find it’s worth your time? I find them to be a real treat but not sure how much time I can invest in growing the . Also moving soon and don’t want to be messing around.

I love the experience and effects of Sativas. Do you run em? Tell me your take
pure sativa when left its full 13-14 weeks even up to 16 is fucken yumm all i got to say ;) its a diff from the good old indica near on 23 years of every day smoking i still find a good sativa will drill me

I only run two sativas at the moment; and I feel like they are more like hybrids:

Strawberry Cough - Kyle Kushmans Cut
Super Lemon Haze - Franco’s Cut

It gets kinda tricky in the veg room because they are always trying to get tall on me. But I make it work. It’s definitely worth the extra trouble.

If you lived near me, VT, ME, MA, RI, NH, NY, CT, I wouldn't mind hand out some cuts, if you are further away, then I still wouldn't mind passing some seeds out from my Lambs Breath gal or really any of my gals. I also have a 92 Kali Mist gal that I know you can't get anywhere. No, she wasn't from a cut but she did come from some packs that Simon released through "cerebral" before Simon did something to the strain, by either crossing his gal with something Hazy to bring flowering times down, or maybe make her yield a little more, or something else went very wrong because none of the Kali Mist I have seen or smoked from 94 onward are anything like the gal I got. Anyway, some say the original was lost in one of them crazy raids that were happening, yeah so many breeders lost some one of a kinds back then. Damn, that was so very sad! But really I don't know what really happen, I just know what really made Kali Mist truly 1 of the 10 best ever, can't be found in any seed bank, and that I know for sure.

Currently growing 5 Rio negro colombians. I bought the genetics from Centennial seeds in colorado. He is currently doing something with CBD strains.

Anyhow these are the last 6 seeds I have so I am running them for seed production. Looking forward to the results.I will post one of the earlier grows of the same seeds but for bud rather that seed. the seedlings are my current grow. I know little girls and guys but I love them anyway.:weed:

How are sativa's for sog?
If you have a single cola sat like some Haze strains...they will work. But for example I am growing out a Thai phemo Golden Tiger and it's wildly branchy and wile it may be ok for a scrog...but for sog...no.

Well...
I have ran out of room in my tent.
The Kali Mist has doubled plus in size during the stretch, and I can not raise the lights any higher. There is about 6 inches between the lights and the tops.
