Why are clone leafs looking like this??

The yellow usually means the clone is taking root.Give it time,you should be fine.

are you giving it a ton of light? that looks like a wierd K deficiency or something not the lower leaves dying off to root. but at this stage just some tap water should be good. If your using RO water you should add a teeny tiny amount of nutes or just use tap water

as for light it should be a flourescent bulb at least 12" away
