Why are my clones spotting and why are the leaves curling up?

CAn anybody help me figure out if everything is going ok with these clones? They were clipped from the mother 11 days ago we dipped the cliping in clonex and put them in soil and had them under a dome the whole time with flouresents. They rooted really well however since then they have been transplanted in soil and 1 gallon buckets. This is day 3 of them being out of the dome and they seem to be holding up pretty well, However the leaves are starting to get brown spots and the leave tips are curling up and browing. Is this common? And If not any suggestions????

Did you feed them nutrients??Does that soil have time release nutrients?clones are very sensitive to nutrients when they have barely rooted.Use plain water.

No I have not gave them any nutes yet just plain water however I used miracle grow organic potting soil which does have a lil nutes in it (10-5-5) but thats about it. Is this serious ? Anything I could do to make sure it dosent get worse?
