why are my leaves falling

i have healthy green leaves that are just falling off. these leaves are from the bottom. perfectly good leaves just falling off with the simplest of touch.

could this be a problem from lack of ventilation or something?

i don't really have good air circulation

Do you have atleast a circulating fan to move the air around? Cause thats the minimum you need. The air being stagnant might be doing it. With the air all converted into oxygen in your grow box.

Anything is bette than nothing bro. I would reccomend getting one one those small fans that turns. Less than a foot tall would even be better nothing.

temps? ph? how often and how much watering? have you been feeding it? if so how often and how much and what strength? going w/o a fan is not gonna work, it is one of the most important things in growing, plants dont like to suffocate and later during flower develop mold and/or fungus problems.

i only got 3 plants not a lot and they are in a closet i open the closet like 4 times a day

Is everyone here sure the problem is the fans? I mean Ive got the same exact problem, healthy green leaves go limp and fall off. Temps, PH, PPM, air circulation all good and its only 1plant too.

ninja toke have you recently gone into flowering ? maybe if we put our heads together we can figure out the problem .....or just bump heads and get dizzy !!!

Glad you didnt ask to bump uglies lol!!, my problematic plant has been in flower for approx. 4weeks. My uppers are lookin very nice, lotsa hairs showin n growin. Im using Diamond Nectar, FloraNova bloom, floralicious Plus and KoolBloom at 1200 PPM. Im gonna put up some panda film cause now its painted plywood. A friend of a friend suggested lower leaves are like baby teeth, they get u started and the real deal come out later on.

I have the same issue i just switched the lighting cycle to 12/12 to flowering stage (4th day now) , but today i noticed that 6 leaves from the bottom has fallen with light greenish color after just touching it , and the top of the plant is fine. I'm looking forward to know why and the cause... Here is a pic..
