why are my plants so small

Hers a pic of mine at 2 months...I always keep my oh at 5.8-6.2 and my res temp at 60-68f. Please tell me what I need to do? Also I change out my res every 2 weeks. And I use floraduo from general hydroponics parts a and b with a strong grow blend. My seeds came from a bag of pot so I don't know the strainer.
