Why do my branches fall on the ground?

The plant has been alive since july 28th 2009- Aguest 20th 2009. Why is the plant falling all over the ground and why wont it get taller for how fat it is?

yeah, sorry but the shape of the leaves and the way they are growing make it too obvious it's not weed and i'm a newb. mj has 1 stem with several levels of branches, your s has several stems none of which has perpendicular branches. yours are all on the same side of the stems.
