Why do the leaves and stems look like this?

Currently I’m in week 3 of veg. I’ve noticed the runtz aren’t picking up and the leaves look strange. Here is the environment and schedule. I use general hydro for Veg and I’m at about 990 ppm.

temp - 78 - 82
Rh- 65 - 70
Co2 750
Gavita led 100%
9 fans set to 1
Feed daily 2 - 3 seconds

i noticed even lights turn they’re not hungry until about 8 hours later. I might feed for 1 second hour or two before the lights are off when I notice they’re on the drier end. In their lights turn on at 6 pm typically don’t need a feed. By 12 am tops are getting dry and they don’t need a feed. by 9 am, they’re drier and I’ll feed them a second or 2 off water to hold them through the night, but I’ve noticed that this throwing my schedule off. Lights turn off at 12 pm.

Any questions to help narrow down the issue are more than welcome.

I’ve got 2 strain there. The other strains which is jealousy perks up like crazy after the lights are on for 4 hours. The Runtz look a bit better than the pictures. That picture was taken about 2 hours in. Here are the jealousies. Seems like they have their own issues as well.

I’m using coco with perlite. Mother Earth.

attached images are the jealousies.

Ppm seem a little high, and the symptoms do match high EC.

Also what do you mean here exactly?

At this stage I'm more like 800~. Also I just noticed the second set of pics with the other strain. What's your pH like?

Let me try to break it down this way. For the past 2 weeks at 6 pm when lights are on they’re not hungry. I wait until 11 PM and I notice the tops are become dry, but beneath the top they’re still wet. I’ll the. Check again at 9 AM and at this point they need a feed. I’ll feed them about 2 seconds to keep the pot moist until the next day. The next day when I go in at 6 PM they’re still not hungry. I’ll then check around 11 pm and they start getting dry again, but not completely. This has been the routine except for 2 days I was feeding 3 seconds at 7 PM regardless of dry or not at the top.

You're using coco. Keep it moist.

My alter ego is saying "That's what she's said." But I won't say it.

You're watering is all messed up.

What does "Feed Daily 2-3 seconds" mean? How much volume of irrigation is happening in that time.

I can't make sense of what you're doing but I wish you the best.

We’ll didn’t have a lot of roots established so we were feeding about 350 ml. We were trying to not overwhelm the roots with a lot of water at once.

Your shits locked out due to you feeding 350ml of feed for those size of pots. When you feed you need to soak the entire pot.

My suggestion is flush the pots well with a half strength nute solution, and start feeding Until run off daily with the proper ph and EC solution. It’s going to take at minimum 1 week (my guess is 2) before you start to see a improvement.

How do 4 foot tall plants not have established roots? The room looks like it was healthy at one point? So you had of changed something. If you had continued with at least 1 full feed a day with ample run off you’d be flowering now, but now you’re set back weeks.

Right now you have some unhappy plants sitting under extremely high lighting. I would reduce the intensity while you work our your irrigation problems-this will help keep the problem from getting worse. I agree with BK, reduce your feed to 1 EC and start feeding to considerable runoff, this will reduce the EC in the media and help return the plants to a normal growth pattern. What size are those pots? They might do better on one good feed with lots of runoff per day if they are 5 gal or bigger.

Great information here Yesterday I gave it a decent feed with runoff at 200 PPM. Today I will be returning to regular feeding and will turn the lights down a little bit. We're running in 3 gal pots.

I guess the reason I never soaked the pot was because I was afraid that the roots are not eating and I'd get root rot because I have little roots. I guess that logic isn't correct.

Which Gavita and what is your hanging height? When you're running lights at intense levels, everything else needs to be spot on all the time - nutrition, temp/humidity, CO2, etc., as the margin for error becomes very small at those intense levels, and as pointed out, your errors and not very small ones.
