Why don't they have a breeders cup?

Fuck the high times cup where obviously the more you pay for advertisements the better "chance" of winning you have. Why don't they have a separate cup that the breeders themselves decide? Blind taste test each breeder submits their strain and all the breeders that entered blindly pick the best one they like? Seems pretty simple
