Man, this is news to me ... thanks for posting the links.

I actually have two LEOs in the family, one a retired CHP and the other a traffic officer. Both have told me that they were not/have not been subject to quotas. So, maybe this is something new on the scene? Perhaps with budget problems?
My mom always told me that cops have ticket quotas (we're in Cali, so it might even be true for her) so I never even knew it was considered a myth until I looked it up online after getting into an argument over it.

The guy is laying flat on his fucking stomach, and that pig runs up and kicks him in the FACE. LOL, even the announcer is shocked, but you hear him try to say that cop kicked him in the shoulder?

And then the pigs high five afterward!

Yeah, they all say quotas do not exist, but funny, every month in the last 2 or 3 days, I see so many people pulled over on every road, I cant even count them all. As soon as the 1st rolls around all is quiet, I mean night and day, nobody pulled over. I have seen this for 22 years that I have been driving, they say they do not exist, because quotas are illegal in more localities.

They tell you there are no quotas because they are instructed to. It's supposed to be a secret because it's a shit thing to do.
