Yah..they look ..ok just a littlet stretched... You using sunlight from a window?
Or are you using some type of artificial light??

They were a little dry I had to go away for a few days, and they were dry when i got back, Iwas using tap, but changed to distilled last couple waterings.

too much water orrrr there getting too hot, if they get dots its nute burn and if they yellow it needs nitrogen/nutes, if i was you i would point the fan at them and dont water for a day or 2, they will tell you when they need water as they will stink more and the leaves droop down

Looks like just a stretching problem. You're using CFL's so get the lights about two inches from the plants. As far as water, distilled isn't any better than tap water so it's doubtful that's the problem. Could be a little over, or underwatering, but your main problem seems to be the stretching. If you have a PH meter, check the water from the tap, or the distilled stuff. Looks like, if you haven't, you can start adding very small amounts of nutrients soon, just go real easy on it till you see how the plants respond.

It could be a number of things, as well as a combination of a few: overwatering, underwatering, ph imbalance, cool environment, etc.

If it at all helps, my initial reaction was that of overwatering.

However, to get an accurately assessed judgement, you really need to supply some more information here. Strain, lighting, watering methods, water used(amount), type of water(sat out/dechlorinated/spring/distilledph level), temperatures, humidity, length of growing, clone, seedling, growing environment, etc.

If you supply that information I think you can get a better response.

There in a growbox with plenty of reflectors, a built in fan in the growbox and it has 3 cfls on the 5 plants, I usually water when they look like they need it, but it hasnt been to much, there around two weeks old now, from seeds. I was using distilled. I tried lowering the lights some it didnt seem to have to much affect but now they have some burns I think, there black/brownish dots, the leaves are yellowish in parts, and the leaves are curled.

Probably a pH issue. Stop using distilled water. Start using tap water that has been left sitting out for at least 24 hours.

This should help alleviate some symptoms.

I can help you, most likely.

But again, if you want answers, you really need to supply A LOT MORE INFORMATION. Hint: Rwead the above quoted post on what type of information is important to list.

They need a bigger home and the correct amount of ph'd water. There is a ton of info on watering, but I would definitely put those little fellas in bigger planters. Think party cup size up to a couple liters. No nutes yet. Just a good soil.
