Quick little story for those who still think LEO is your friend.

A Donor grower to seedpac, one who volunteered to grow our CBD strains in a green house, allowed the state police to 'inspect' his home and grow. Everything was perfect. No suprise as this gentleman is not your typical grower. A Vet and former officer. Never was a cannabis user or grower until our law allowed him to try it and find relief for the damage he received in our service.
How could this be bad you ask ? Well he trusted snakes (or worse) who went to his township officials and informed them that he grew and had a Carry. Concealed weapons permit. Now he gets a letter trying to revoke the rights he fought to protect..


Still wonder why we insult swine by calling cops 'pigs' ??????

That is some bull shit. This has happened to a lot of people in the Detroit metro area too.

isn't that a stipulation of growing, you forefiet your right to carry a concealed weapon? I don't carry mine any longer, and I don't keep a gun at my grow building any longer. one less thing for leo to entrap me with.

Yeah I have a CWL from Florida but as soon as I became a resident it made that license void here in MI. Having heard too many of these stories I sold all of my firearms(not like I don't have medicine at the house too that could escalate charges), and will attempt too get a MI CWP if cannabis gets rescheduled.

On a similar note.... I printed up a poster Nancy's avatar a few years ago and hung it in my RV. I figured if a pig made it far enough to see it, my day was already wrecked but at least he would know how I feel about pigs. Get em horsey!

I still have firearms, which are NOT illegal to own or possess. just carrying them on person or concealed is a no-no. apparently their thinking is if you have medical mj on your possession AND and firearm, your considered a thug/gangster/out to do no good in the community. when all im trying to do is stop the thugs/gangsters/no good doers from doing harm to my family and myself.

I thought it was an Oregon ruling though?

It wasn't MI, but the precedent was set I thought.

Ruling went to the Supreme Court.appeals had Ruled in favor of cannabis and firearms . Scotus upheld... Laws don't really matter to these people

Ah- I thought there was some ruling like that.

I understand rules and laws don't apply to those that enforce them. I understand it's a one-way street. And cops wonder why we don't vote for a millage to give them more money

Open carry solves a couple things as far as the SOM is concerned.

Lots of legal rhetoric used here to confuse and control the sheep, both us and the police alike. Think of it like a telemarketers scheme without commissions. A police officer is bound by authority and jurisdiction which is too often influenced and dictated by a political lawyer in your courthouse. How does a police officer get to differentiating Xanax (most popular illicit high school narcotic) from marijuana under our current medicinal law This dialectic used is simply something that does not occur in a patrol car, nor is it understood by the People on the streets. In other words, it is above 99% of our pay grades. These cowards in suits designing and waging war against us hide in swanky offices under armed guard paid for on the tax payers backs. For example the current riots in Missouri are misdirected and damaging a damaged community rather than standing on the courthouse steps demanding integrity, accountability and justice; because that is exactly where it is all hidden ...



Come and get me bitches, but as two combat vets with child I would sure hope you take that into consideration when you raid our home at 3am. True heroes respond with training and instinct in the face of outnumbered combatants and their intended chaos, if we hadn't we wouldn't even be here. Concealment requires a permit, aka concealed weapons permit or concealed carry permit (CCW). If you have a legal sidearm on your hip or rifle over your shoulder in plain site and in public, you are open carrying. Many states find open carry laws a logical extension of your federal second amendment or the right to bare arms.

I'm assuming he means that if you have to surrender your CWP, you could technically open carry legally in MI.
