C cinfid12 Active Member Aug 18, 2008 #1 Im in the NE US and planted these at the beginning of july. I know it was a little late. How come they aren't flowering, I thought they were because at the nodes theres growth near the stipule. But now it looks like tiny leaves growing. Any ideas?
