Widow Cindy, ebb and flow in rockwool from seed. The Epic.

update. widow cindys are taking off. looking very good.

RO water, hydorguard, superthrive. all smiles from them since dropping the tap water, h202, and superthrive.

earl, all the widow beans did not crack. here is the lay of the grow bean master. hehe, sorry but i gather kissing your ass is tradition. now, I got 2 healthy seedlings, i got 2 in rw just germed I have peeked at nd see growth, they are in a mini greenhouse with heat mat and high humidity. Also i have 3 more in paper towel that look promising. Also I have 2 more in a pill bottle ungermed.

earl, i dont think it was anbodys fult that the had some probs. the mail ate a few plain broke them to bits and a few others got some crushing. It was the mail man.
but i should get 6 at least. All my estimtes are conservative. Until I reveg my northern lights and get clones from her and find my glass pipe and seed stash I will be running only widow cindys! Hope for some ladies. I predict i get cloning this time round. It worked the first time. Plus I might run the bagseed again. She ws nice and cloned easy and even thoguh she was seedy bagseed the seeds I made from her grew some bushy plants.

I just bought a marijauna garden book with 5 indoor gardens. its in the mail. I dream now of 5 big trees under 5 1000 watters all run on solar power. Not hard. I a watching the green channel 24 seven for fun and I might hve to have rachel begely over to inspect and consult. hehe. also nifty wind pwer. if you cant afford solar you can rent them. it is now trendy to go off the grid and that should make growing a lot safer until the cops ctch on. I just howp they kick in my door with out a knock first. lol, I am trying to stay legal, but i got a 3x3 with 30 rockwool blocks sitting here.
5 trees, 5 thousand wtters. pound a tree. fun

anyway, stiva really helps with opiate withdrawls. i was laughing my ass off and cleaing house.

caddy i lost the cheese i think do to over water and temps. stupid. sometimes hard to keep track of everything in an apt.

i got good news, another wc seed popped up the rockwool. so that is three. there are a few more going into rockwool tonight from the paper towel. one is still inside rw. this happened only once before nd I lost her. it was an errant nl so even the almighty nl had a prob.

so far the other 2 loved the day. they are on 24 hour t5 light. 6500k and 10k lumens. theyare growing good nd strong. i hope female.

got 2 ozonators coming. one is used but a 100 dollars cheaper. i might just take it nd mybe buy a new bulb later.

been few days. unfornutatley I found a pleasant sunjaect for some photos last night so the camera btteres are dead. but I got some photos I took few dys ago. sounds funny but they are almost the same.

the seeds I beleive are promsing. slow growing in rockwool but going. the will tale off soon and indeed I got roots coming off the bottom of the cubes. I gonn go into 4 in blocks soon. I bougt some rockwool sok th will help condidtion the cubes today.

lso I got an ozone generator plugged in. it is very cool. i bought a titan uv ozone generator. it will not porduce the nitric acid that corona discharge generators do.

It works great. the cycle I am using is 15 on 15 off. It is doing my whole apt really. I am fine. no rel dryness at the back of throat. I have my windows open. no smell. still got a charol filter. my fan it turns out needs a speed control. it rips the smell out before the filter can do its job.

Well, here is my update!

day x. remember I was off to a slow start. I was using h202, 24 hour tapwater, adn superthrive. I noticed slow growth so I switched to ro water, hydroguard, and superthrive. I then got some growth.

To date I got 3 widow cindy seeds going. regardless of what it looks like I am reletively happy with their progress. I noticed early on they need a little less light than the 10k lumen t5 so i backed them off a little. Sorta had to shephard them into life. Now Then they can be right up next to it.

One of the wc seeds, while gorwing less aboove the rw, took off down below and is the only one to sprout roots outa the 1.5 in cubes. I placed this one in a 4 in block yesterday after seeing many roots finally. I already had soaked 4 in cubes in rockwool soak, a presoak product hydor shops carry.

The other 2 are still yet to show roots, which is surprising given the fact tht one is a few nodes in. The other needed a lot of "sheparding" due to light sensitvity. It is fine now.


Also i got 3 more in cubes waiting to sprout. Also I am hoping for 3 more seeds to show taproot. It is weird but they have taken a while and I have never had seeds take this long to sprout. The seeds like i said were damaged. I have high hopes though.

My Ro machine is here. Very slow. It is one of those protable 4 stage with the DI filters. Also I now have 2 ozone generators. Uv light models. I am thinking of sending one back. WHo knows. I have discovered that on a used one I got that removing the lid and placing it in the exhuast duct has made the best diference. Like a homemade big blue inline and it works wonders. No toxixity yet except a little dryness. Lol, let me know if I gonna die.

My NL is on day 46. It is going good. It is a 7-9 mostly indica NL the company advertises. I have read to harvest an indica early so as to avoid total couchlock. I thought was what I wanted but I was on a sativa and I loved the "high". I wish I could do it now. They have got gh 3 part, hydorguard, bloombastic, and koolbloom. They seem to love it. I am only truly proud of one girl as the other 2 wwere fluke decisons to even keep alive! They got dipped in hard nutes as seedlings. Bad luck with female ratio.

My only surivivng clone of nl looks like it will make it soon> LOOks like white bumps finally. I will still reveg and clone the other NL as I can have 6 oin flower and 12 in veg.

I plan to keep a wc mother and a NL mother for now. things a little slower gettign going than I hoped but hopeefully no more setbacks.

I am happy at least that I have not nuted yet and killed them or damaged them. Lol, that is a prob I have. My ppm meter works though and with ro water now I should be ok.

UPDATE!!!


here we got widow cindy X days old. On the best girl, i got my 3rd set of leaves growing in. I have been holding off all nutes and I started to see some brown on the leaf edges. So i read up again and found that this is the time to add 2.5 ml of each gh 3 part to ro water with hydroguard. Which is what I did.

I did this last night and have seen some growth. I have some light green that is a little 2 light. That should dissapate.

Also the other 2 are going good. All are shoing roots. One is in a 4 in cube/ The other 2 while showing roots are not in 4 in cubes yet. I have reapped them in more rw plastic and am going to let them grow a little more before trasplant, like in soil. This should give them a chance to get a little stronger.

Also my NL has jsut begun a 2 week flush. I can not get any responses on if this is right or not. But it is a 7-10 week strain and that should make them 8 weeks or so and I dont want a total couchlock. Just NL fun.

I have begun using my oxone generator like so. I took off the lid since the fan was busted. I then place it in the duct of the exhaust. It runs for 15 min every hour and it works perfectly.

I just got home and the wc I fed is doing great! Really got some good leaf growth. The 2 others are doing not so swift but look ok.

It is getting a little hot in their cabinet. I am going to run the air on the apt full blast.

saw it at 82.

So i got 3 doing good. I got 1 in cubes I think is ok. Not popped yet. Also I got a few odd perfomers in the cubes and 3 seeds still not cracked. I will fix that.

about 15 days for the biggest seedling.

I have totally quit using H2o2

Keeping the temps cool is why I grow in winter.

congratulations on the h202. I hope I have not spoke too soon and say hydroguard is rocking it up for me. Helped nicely with my grows.

Here are my widow cindy seedlings. They are going on 2 weeks. I amusing quarter of the recomended strength nutes. They are the presttiest most undamged seedlings I have ever had.

I built an aerocloner I am practicing on an old NL clones. 5 gallon bucket. you can seearch my posts for how.

seedlings are under same light for now. I hope to get a 600 for my flower tent soon so I can use my 400 i guess for seedlings. thinking of using a downlighter for veg ers and mother plants.

being medical I want 5 in flower and 2 mothers on standby. Should give me all the weeds I needs.

real bad news. WILTING< DYING> BAD.

i went out today for work. I thought they were watered good. I came back and they were wilted all down.

now wait. i have had wilting before. they recovered. after 8-12 hours. well almost all the way.

1 will def be fine. 1 looks medium ok. one though looks bad, half the plant has crsiped leaves. they are small. Idk.

I have watered. I have it cooled down. i can only wait. if this keeps up I might have to buy clones. i dont want to do that.
