ive had a few similar situations it will probably live but it will hurt your yeild try to nurture it with some tlc and maybe a little more soil.. my suggestion would be to have it in the ground to avoid it happening again but i know sometimes that just isnt an option good luck and i hope she makes it

give her a drink she should be fine,
they sometimes look like they are getting worse before they recover.

As long as it's not looking like that from overwatering, like the man said, give her a drink and she should recuperate just fine. :)

Pile some rocks or cinderblocks or something around it, because the plant is oversized for the pot and that's gonna keep happening now.

Plant looks stressed from the abrupt movement and abnormal position from being knocked over. Absolutely recoverable. Do you have squirrel issues?

I do, I have BIG issues with squirrels. They don't like me and I don't like them! If only Missy didn't have to get old, she'd get that fucker that's moved into the pine right across from the deck, out the kitchen window. Little fucker sits there on a branch, stomping his little squirrrely-ass feet, making threats and gaping his little squirrely mouf. Fucking squirrels.

I must beware the wrath of Foamy... :o Foamy rants on pot.

Squirrel are interesting. They see me digging around and I think they assume I am burying something delicious. I have lost many young plants to squirrel damage. I bear them no malice, they are just being good squirrels. "Fucking squirrels!" is as far as my anger goes.

I have learned that the larger the pot, and more mature the plant, the less interest they show. They played hell with my seedlings in 1-gallon containers, but largely leave the 3-gallon containers in peace.

Even in the rare cases where they try to disturb the larger plants, the most damage done is a small squirrel hole in the large container. I can't recall any significant squirrel damage in relation to my larger plants.
