Will someone evaluate this Sativa

The problem is its in a 24x30x36 cabinet. The only light I could see was by the intake filter, which is baffled and that was TINY...and I just finished flowering an indica bag seed in the same box, with no problems. I did take care of that light leak anyway.
I can't add more light and have less heat. I run 82° with 400 watts. That's a lot in that small space.
It does look like wheat' but there is no mold. This is the only time I foliar fed it.
Since I successfully harvested a plant under the same conditions, is it possible that the main problem is genetics?
I will find out sooner or later I guess as I am about to pop 2 of the seeds I just got, an NL auto and a Strawberry Blue.
The main bud is pretty dense, so I hope i get some yield from it.

I decided to rescrog this girl and get my lights right on it to try and get it to fill out.
I have lights all the way round. I just took them out for the picture.

I'm giving this plant a couple more weeks then I guess I will pull it up. It just isn't filling out very fast. It got flipped 1-26-14 and started showing flowers about 2-9-14. Its been in soil for close to 3 months. I'm currently starting to feed it, thinking the soil may be out of notes, but it looks healthy. I have another plant that I started in recycled soil that the leaves shriveled and turned yellow on. I transplanted it to Hempy and started feeding last week, but it may be too far gone too.
This is definitely going to set me back some. But I guess live and learn.....

Well I moved her into a new cab and started feeding her and she is growing new hairs again, so I am going to tough it out. The growth wasn't messed up by light leaks. There was barely a pinhole and it wasn't near this plant. I'll post progress pictures as she develops.

Here's the new cab. I'll post plant pics when I can. I swear a week has made a difference, but maybe I'm crazy..

Update. This plant is still going. It just finished up it's ninth week. I think it has quit foxtailing. I cut a small bottom branch yesterday and dried it. It wasn't real dense and it was really leafy, but it was some killer smoke. I'm just going to keep feeding this girl and let her grow as long as she wants. She is still growing some white pistils and is just now starting to get a few yellow lower leaves. So who knows? Could be two or three weeks or she could take another 4 to 6. I'm just glad I didn't toss her out!

Please trust me...trim 50% leaves.....give them molasses and water mix for two days in a row and 3rd day give them nothing...on the fourth day your plant should have almost doubled in bud size....feed pure water on fourth day..then repeat cycle...but on the 5th day only trim 10% of leaves not getting alot of light

Wish I had seen this. I would have tried it. As it is, I chopped her down after 11 weeks. She yielded just under an ounce, dry but is pretty airey. It is, however very powerful smoke! I have found 3 seeds on her and may try to grow another and improve based on this experience.
