Ima turn it upside down and set the top flat against my table so it sits flat. Maybe a small gap but I will mist often.

At around 7 -9 days you will want air. As roots develop. And leaves stop breathing water. And still vent your enclosure for a few minutes everyday if you don't have vents in the dome.
