Hey guys this is just for my knowledge but I have daytime led high hats that are 9.5w 65w equivalents 5000k and I have 2700k.
Why wouldn't I be able to grow with these? Or would I? I can veg with the 5000k and bloom with the 2700k. Really question is how many would I need and I think that's where it's not practical if going for 100w/plant you would need 10 bulbs=95w for just one plant correct?
How do LEDs work lol I'm I see people say they save on energy and I see these 300w led panels that use 90watts so isn't that led panel only good for 1 plant bc you go by the actually wattage correct?
How are LEDs more economical on the energy bill if your still using the same amount of watts. 400w from hps or 400w from led is still going to be 0.4Kw/hr correct? Or am I wrong and that 300w led that is using 90w can be use for 3 plants delivering each 100w
