Will this help make leaves grow?

In this video (YouTube LINK) around 0:09 - 0:20 he has a plastic cup type thing over the little sprouts... I guess it keeps it wet and humid or something.. But anyways, my plant is very small only a couple days old.. and the leaf is about an 1in long... Barley anything.. Would this help?

What I would do is just put them in direct sunlight. Those little plastic cups are just for when they are really little

its mainly for clones while they are rooting. im sure your seedling will be fine without it

Oh alright, well is there anything I can make or do to make the fans bigger? I want big leaves... bushy and small.. I only have a limited amount of space:\ Im going to force bud near there 30th day.

just be patient. thats the most important thing. nothing is gunna make it grow overnight. just keep your lights close if you want it short and bushy

The plant will grow as the plant will grow. If ti's not to your liking then chose different genetics.

I use saran wrap over my cups when I germ in rockwool. Keeps the humidity up and prevents drying out. Once the seed emerges from the medium then remove the wrap or lid.

For clones you need to keep them covered to keep them moist since they can only feed through the leaves and need high humidity to get water.
