Will This Work??? - using a t5 Fixture with only .35'' clearance

I'm building a cabinet right now.
The dimensions of the grow area are: 47'' wide, 20'' deep, 47'' tall
I want to put a 4' 6 bulb t5 in there.

...I know what you're thinking. 47' is 1 inch too short.
BUT - It looks like I might be able to fit a 6 lamp quantum badboy in there.

It seems like the quantum light fixture is actually only 46.25'' wide!
Here are the specs:
http://www.thehydrosource.com/Lighting/Fluorescent_Lighting/T5_Fixtures/Quantum_T5_Badboy/Quantum_Badboy_T5_4_Lamp
6 Lamp
12 lbs
In Box: 49.2 x 10.4 x 6.1
Assembled: 46.25 x 18 x 3.5

So here's the question:

Will it work to squeeze this 6 lamp fixture in there with .375'' of space on two sides and 1'' of space on the other two?

Does it seem like I will run into any problems?

Now I'm not usually one to bump....but 70 views and no response....

Does anyone have any idea about this? Are there any threads that discuss this topic already?
