Will this work?

I have just ( 24th) harvested my first plot. I have a small dryer with 3 screens. My problem?? is humidity or lack there of. I have a little meter and it's showing 20% if I'm lucky. I put a chunk of wet sponge in the dryer hoping that might help. My small buds are crumbling as i pick them off the screen. My med sized buds are a little snappy, but, definitely not completely dry like the bud is. My big buds....well their dry but the stalk is not snappy at all. So my question is...is it alright to jar these up as dry as they are with the stalk and very internal of the buds "more moist" watch them like a hawk for any moisture build up on the inside of the jar, burp them regularly, or am I tempting fate a little too much?

as i checked out i saw the post above regarding curing etc.

You could put a bucket of water with a small towel hanging half in it, and have a small fan blowing over towel.
That would raise humidity considerably. Or you can jar but keep close eye out. IIf you have some that are too dry, you can place in a jar with a damp q-tip.
