I just recently switched the lights from crappy fluorecent lights to 2 20 watt cfls and now my leaves are wilting more and more everyday even though new leaves seem to be forming. I was thinking it could be from the stress of changing the lights? but i dont know

you could get your light a bit closer or as close as you can without burnig them, put your hand under to see how close you can get them if your hand can with stand the heat your plants will be ok. your soil also looks a bit wet how do you water and how often?

make sure your soil is dried out before you water, check the weight of your pots to see if they still have water in. do you have a fan over you seedlings this will make your stems thicker and stronger.

wait what???? halogens dont grow pot you want t use those cfls or fluros rather than halogen, that just makes heat, and less watering it needs oxygen... transplant it and bury the stem so it stands on its own and keep fluros 2 inches away with a fan gently blowing on the plant
