Wind blew over my seedlings!! HELP!

So I returned home from work today to find my beautiful, nearly 2 week old KC33 seedlings FLATTENED. They were soaked too, my only guess could be that lots of rain and wind came in while I was gone and did a number on them. I leave my seedling tray with 4 inch square pots in it outside so that it gets more sun. I had planted 12, of which 8 have survived so far and were doing well until this! I tried to get them to stand back upright again but they just flop right back down! One of them downright snapped and died! For the moment I propped my 7 survivors up on some popsicle sticks I found around the house. . . Hopefully they'll regain their strength tomorrow instead of FUCKING DYING. For the moment they wont even stand upright by themselves.

I have 7 plants
4-7 inches in height
working on 3rd set of leaves

My question is, is this normal? Is it alright, will they live? Or did I fuck up by letting them outside? Aren't plants used to this kind of shit, being from the outdoors?? Any tips as to what I could do? THANKS ! :)

I'd say your lucky they didn't uproot! Should recover remember weeds are hard to kill!

oh yeah tips hmmm build a shelter around them to protect the from the elements.
