Window Ac unit

Hello I was posting wondering if an Window Ac unit brings fresh air for plants & is it healthy for them? I know its dehumidified air & I plan on making up the difference if any with a Humidifier/Dehumidifier.

ok so I need a decent idea to get air into my grow tent cause i thought the window ac would put efficient air into the room for the plants to use

Ac units only recirculate air in the room, they don't bring in fresh air. And don't count on it hehumidifying if the rh is high, you may need a separate dehumidifier.

any ideas to bring in some fresh air into a grow tent in a sealed room? seems like the only route is c02 but i deff dont have the cash for that.

By definition, a sealed room has no fresh air- that's the point. It keeps out contaminants.
You still need a fresh air source. The negative pressure of the tent keeps the parasites out and keeps the odor from escaping. If you have sealed hoods, you can draw and vent directly to the outside without worrying about odor. ;)

I agree there SHOULD be fresh air, but the true sealed room concept has no fresh air coming in.
