ok so im on a budget my freind has fert and he has two kinds both for rose bloom a 8-12-4 n an 9-14-9 can i use the 9 14 9 for flower "????? and the other for veg n how much ???

I would save up some money and get some better nutes.But just go by the recommended doses for the nutes.

use small doses to test it out. gradually add more and see wat happens.
