With regards to milk pro biotics

yo guys quick one when u guys make the lacto bacillus pro biotic stuff wit the milk is the starch wash really nessary in the process or can I just leave the milk in a container wit mesh on the top on the ground till it ferments and take the serum out?

The rice wash attracts the Lacto B from the air, so it is like an inoculate... Sorry, cut n paste

The water is now a rich source of carbohydrates. In this step, you can substitute rice with another carbohydrate source if you don’t have rice, as long as it is complex (don’t use simple carbohydrates like sugar, honey, syrup, molasses, etc). You can use wheat, barley, kinoa, other carbohydrates as the base to make your carbohydrate wash. This wash will attract microbes from the air, among them lacto bacilli.

Cool I used Thai brown rice letting it sit in my grow cupboard then once it seperates gonna add the middle layer to the milk then put it outside in a dark section covered to ferment
