Would you have trimmed these?

My original plan was to veg these plants for one week and then throw them into 12/12. I was going to trim the lower side growth and concentrate on growing a big single cola on each one. Well, my plans got sidetracked and they were vegged for an extra week. When I switched them to 12/12 I decided to not trim the lower side shoots because they had grown surprisingly well and were only about 1.5" below the top growth at that point. Now after being in 12/12 for 16 days, and stretching like crazy, they are fully into flower and I'm thinking that I should have trimmed them. With plants this size would I be yielding a lot more if I had given them the full lollipop treatment?

I know they look kind of ragged. It's bagseed... and they have been nute burned as seedlings, attacked by cats, gotten rootbound, and a couple of them have been fried a time or two by the HPS.

Nah, I wouldn't cut them now, too far into flower. The plants were kind of neat looking before switching to flower. I had 16 of them in my 3x3 grow space so I had zip tied all of the side growth to train it straight up instead of letting them bush out. Now that I'm down to seven decent females I cut all of the upper zip ties so they can start to bush out a little. You think I should cut the lower ties now too? Or should I leave them there to help support the buds on those smaller shoots?
