Would you really believe these are vegging under just a 85w cfl?

I've been growing these in cheap wilko compost on plain water. I'm in the UK and wilko is a shop that do all sorts of household stuff and other things. I've had these vegging for about 3 and a half weeks now and I'm really impressed with how they've grown under just a 85w cfl. They've been topped a few times to give me 6 main colas each plant and will be flowering under a 250w hps in 11l pots.

To be honest from what I've seen people use more light to get to the stage these are. Not trying to sound expertise or anything, just really surprised how far they've come along with just a 85w cfl.

How do I add pics? Do I upload them to the site or upload them to an external site and just get the link from that?

At the bottom of where you click post there is a button to click to upload files.

I know this seems a bit like coming on the forum all guns n glory kind of thing or trying to boast.
But imo it seems pretty impressive to get them this far with just the bulb I'm using. Its in a ds60 tent with 4" rvk and rhino filter, I do have a ruck but no need to use it at the moment as the rvk does just fine for now.

I'm putting them in a cupboard soon at my brothers which a bit wider, deeper and much taller so they definitely won't stretch and get burnt lol. They're pure indices anyway though and trained the way they are i don't intend in getting them that tall. I'll be using a 250w metal halide and a hps after that.

You can veg under spiral CFLs, it doesn't take much light.

As others have said you don't need much light in early veg.
I have 10 stuck under a 130 W CfL. I'm fast starting to run out of room.

Thanks guys. Just seems quite a long way to get them for just a 85w cfl (6400k) without showing any signs of lack of light. I've added another of the same bulb though anyway still so got one bulb over each plant.
