I recently came into some good acid, some WoW to be exact. And this be my experiance..(a little long, sorry)
I was sitting in class, It was 11:00am, counting down the minutes till my friend would pick me up from my college town and take me to my home town to dose. He arrived at 12:00pm, and we were on our way. We arrived at out destination 30min later, where we smoke a couple bowls of some decent Reg, and dropped a hit each at about 1:30. Compared to the last blotter I tried, this one was soft and could barely be felt on my tongue. We sat outside in his back yard and listened to a mix of Techno, RHCP, and a good amount of other music. After sitting and talking for a while, we decided we would go for a walk around town. We stumbled upon a very large drainage pipe that he had gone into as a kid, and we decided we would venture into it. It was a long metal tube, about my height, that let to a small concrete room. While we were walking down the pipe, I started to feel light, and the water at the botton of the tube rippled just a little bit slower, as what little of my reflection you could see wobbled and looked back at me. I looked up, and noticed it was taking quite a while to get to that room. When we finally got there, we conversated a little more, and decided to go back to his house, there was something we wanted to see.
We got to his house, and he popped in his new Halo: Reach game. We went into the Forge (map editor) mode, where we added effects to the look of the map change color etc. We added the effects called "Juicy" and "Pen and Ink". The colors red and lime green glowed off the screen, and I couldn't help but smile. The colors were like candy, I couldn't get enough. After I bit of that we decided to go back out and continue our walk. A wonderful idea. We stepped outside and all the greens glowed off the trees and grass, the reds of the houses, shirts, cars, flowers. The blue from the sky, the colors were delicous. I felt as if I was "tasting" the color, like the color was linked to my tounge some how. All these glowing colors put the side walkes and streets to shame, makeing there grey color seem dull, almost as id anything that wasn't brightly colored, we black and white. As we walked and talked, I could see every crevise and every hole in the sidewalk and street, making repeating patterns as I walked by, I could see every blade of glowing green grass. I looked down at my Mountain Dew T-shirt, and its green shade put everything to shame, I couldn't stop looking at my own shirt.
My friends teeth were glowing white, and my finger nails were lumenescent compared to my pailing skin. I could see every pore on my skin, making patterns like the sidewalk. Every car that drove by was incredably shiny, like they were wrapped in shiny plastic wrap. The world was so peaceful, everything was okay. Thoughts calmly but quickly raced threw my head. If everyone flet this way, there would be peace. I was no better than the grass, no better than the bugs on the ground. The trees waved in the subtle wind , as if they had there own language. Squirls looked at me, as if they just new where I was at mentaly, It seemed as if they smiled, and I couldn't help but smile back. We walked like this for quite some time, and by 6:30, my friend was confident that he could drive us out to the country, to see the night sky. (I do not support driving under the influence, but when it comes to driving, I trust this man with my life. He is one man the can legitamitly drive pretty fucked up, and would honestly tell me if he couldn't) As he was driving we threw on the Techno and RHCP.
As the glowing trees and grass passed me by, and the road tilted slightly side to side, the music, every beat of it, spoke to me. Every time someone would sing, they were singing to me, in my mind I could see them singing. Every word was so true, as if music knew all. At this point I was lost in thought, thought I can not explain. I was in a world of color and music, and thats all that maddered.
Suddenly, the light was gone, the sun had set quite suddenly against the trees, I wondered why it left (but of course I knew). After the sun had left, we parked out on a country road. There were SO many stars, all twinkling and slightly wobbling (no moon or clouds, at all). The Milky Way stretched across the sky, like someone had painted it there with a paint brush, and splattered the stars with speckles of paint. My mind was raceing..There has to be life out there! Any one of those stars can have planets with any form of life, some possibly looking back at out sun (a star to them) and wondering, or knowing, the same thing. There was one star, that was WAY brighter than the rest, extremely. It had to be a planet, maybe Jupiter. It was at least 5x brighter and than anything else in the sky, at least.
It amazed me beyond words, my eyes wouldn't leave it.
The time came to take me back to my college, and on the ride back I got lost in the music again. I got back to my college, sitting in my dorm. The walls slowly changed size, and King of the Hill on the TV was incredably funny, and very well colored! Then my girlfriend of 4 years called, and want to hangout. We went out and looked at the stars, and had some deep convorsations, some pleasant, some not so much. Some very sudden and saddening.She was acting very differant than ussual, like I was sober and she wasn't. (obviously not true) She didn't know I was tripping, she just picked an odd day to tell me somethings. At a lil past midnight she decided to head off to bed, and so did I. I often take melatonin to help me sleep, I took two pills that night.
Melatonin always gives me very vivid dreams, and so does sleeping after tripping. After waking up from a very disturbing dream at who knows what time, I drifted off to sleep.
