wtf are those that are on my outdoor jack herer and headband?!?!?

so if you guys look at the leafs on the jack herer, there are white spots on it, and if u look at headband, there are benches of small ass black, yellowish shit on my leafs, i believe those are spider mites?

please help guys...

you have mites for sure, but that brown blob of whatever it is, doesn't have anything to do with the mites. I can't really tell from the pic what it is. It looks like a big worm poo.

If your refering to the (scales) on your leaves, its mites, gotta hate those little basterds.
I use house plant spray, and i usally takes care of them the first shot.
Or you can try ..dont bug me.. it that stuff works really good
