I'd love to answer your plant problem but I can't see what's going on.
If the camera wont focus by either user error(Which I think a lot of people have here) or it's a shitty camera, then do the obvious thing.. STEP BACK and take another photo. Honestly, I've seen far to many up close blurry pictures that would look better taken far away. We can zoom in ourselves using a paint program.
Bottom Line: If your camera doesn't have macro settings then don't try and take pictures like it does. You're just hurting yourself and the time it will take to properly diagnose your plant. It could be dead by then.

Honestly man, If I had a serious problem, (good camera or not) I would take the information I got here with a grain of salt. Most people including me arent good enough to diagnose your plant without knowing everything. You should find a mentor. If you have a hydroponic store in your town, the guy working there is usually up to something. If anything someone who shops there can probably help better than anyone here.
