Wtf is "Left Hand"

ok so i got something called "left hand." i forgot the original name of it. its apparently from arizona, it doesnt show up on UA's. One bowl gets you pretty high. Im just curious what this shit is i wanna know what im smoking. i dont think its K2 or synthetic marijuana but im not sure. google isnt helping me very much either.

Ive smoked something that was sold like a k2, and it was fluffy. It def didnt fuck me up, just a goofy headchange.
