I am week 11 day 77 into a G13 grow. Trichs are clear to cloudy and I just noticed these yellow horns coming out of places on the buds. They almost look like petals but are small and yellow. Noticeing more of them. Anyone know what these are? I was told that if you flower too long the plant may hermi out. These things dont look like seeds. Any input would be a big help.

I've been seeing the same thing late in flowering. I thought they were new "sugar leaves" that were being born yellow but I'm not sure to tell you the truth. I can try and take a pic if no one knows, I'm curious as well.

As usual pipe dream is right on here those are males sticking out of the buds, so if you don't harvest ASAP then you will most likely have seeds.

sounds like male flowers/bananas/claws/they are like a bud on the tip of a branch? Yeah. If I were you I would pull or cut each one of those off as they poped out... If you have more without than with then somehow separate the plant if possible. you have to check it daily though from now until harvest if there is risk of it polinating other plants.

It's your call. It's not the end of the world and if you don't see seeds already than it will likely be minimal. Seeds take a good 3-6 weeks to fully develop if you have other plants youmight chop her early but again the damage might already be done. You could try to pluck all the male parts off as you see them and spray water that will kill pollen. I have had some hermies tht had no seeds and one that had 5 seeds. I got a hermie now really screwed my shit up. Here's a pick of the seed growing. :(

Always learn something that's for sure. Make sure your room is completely dark during the night times for starters.

no they shouldn't.
My pic is of the seed growing not the male part that was responsible, they look like little yellow claws once they open.

Ok, I went up to look with the green flashlight and didn't see much so I started snapping a bunch of pics. Here they are, call me crazy but I think they were yellow leaf tips (fingers crossed). what do you guys see? I'm the worst photographer so if you need more just ask I'll try and do better (even though there is a ton : /. I also threw in a couple from the other day with the lights on.

If you mean those yellow triangle leaves, those are leaves and normal.... they are usually called sugar leaves cause they get trichomes, not hermie....
