wth is this??

I just got this Afghan strain from a buddy and by week 2 it started to get a lil brown on all the new growth. Now i'm in week 2 of flower and now they've gotten worst. I'm doing dwc, ph 5.6, supernatural bloom mix. I've seen a lot of pest and mildew but never seen anything like this before. Anyone experience this before? Thank in advance!!

type of lighting, distance to plant
nute strength, ph, changes observed in both
humitiy and temps in room .. day and night

Its not TMV, I had a strain with that. It honestly looks like it is massively overfed and too close to the lights.
