WTH now..help plz

Feed her fox farm nutes

more info plz....ph? how often do you feed? how much cal/mag are you giving or where giving to solve deficiency? what kinda soil? how often do you water under what kind of lights?

Sorry for last of information. Ph at the moment is sitting 7.0 at the moment but i usually keep it about 6.5. I used about 1tsp of Cal-Mag per gal.of water and feed only once per week. The soil is fox farm ocean forest. They are grown under T-5's and I usually water them every 2 days, or when I notice the soil becomes dry.
I also spray them with neem oil 1x per month
 
Here's a full pic of her. She about 16 inches in height at the moment. I've main lines her so she has 4 mains. As you can see on the leaf, she has issues.
 
Thank for the feedback. I thought about nute burn so what I did was flushed her and she seemed to be perked up this afternoon. I'm following diabolical's advice with cal-mag and see what happens.
