if hes using the yeast method, isnt it good for like, 2 weeks?

K accully mate, i do know what the fuck im saying. YOU need to replace homemade c02 2 times aday... its homemade, how long do u expect it to last?

My yeast cultures can last for over two weeks. Open air has a better chance of molding or attracting fruit flies. Put a plastic wrap lid on a plastic cup with water yeast and sugar and poof pure CO2

Use champagne yeast and buy a hydrometer. Mix up a solution that has a gravity necessary to create 19% alcohol (adjusted for attenuation) This in open air will create vinegar any fruit fly will be attracted to it and probably die from it if you do it right.

Champagne yeast will produce CO2 for weeks until its gravity works its way back to 0.

You proboly use a 2L bottle, he is useing a 561ml bottle which does not last a week, ive made many before.

thats how ya started it, grow a full plant before you act like you know something.

ok well this is MY thread and i just didnt need a child talking crap in it thats all.

updated pic this idea just duned upon me, i think i saw someone do it before let me know what you think.

The plants defenitely look great, but whats with the paper plates, I mean what is the point, please explain it to me as I dont get it.

well i remeber now that my mom did this to a houseplant that we had near one of the windows she said this white plate is good on robust plants because it reflects the light on the under sides of the leafs and in corners of the plant that the direct beam from the top cant reach so its basically reflecting the light more evenly throughout the plant and in between the branches, It will only help the plant.

Well good luck with that, I cant argue the point, as your plants look really nice.

That plate idea is really good, what about if you put foil on the plates? EVEN BETTER? Just a suggestion, I have'nt tryed myself.

no no no foil is bad it creates hott spots white is just perfect.
