I go from 18/6... To 36hrs dark... to 12/12.

All my other strains jump right into bud.. but widow lags.

The yields are great tho Just takes too damn long

How many have you used this technique on?? the 18/6 to 36 hrs, are there any negative affects on any of the strains??

yeah why not just put them from 18/6 to 16/8 to 14/10 to 12/12 will the budding take to long or something like that

Yeah I heard about the 36hr lights off before the flip thing..might start trying this...does it effect stretch?

hey guys i just started 2 widows on sunday, one in coco one in a soiless mix. the plan was to do a comparison between the two mediums. The one in the soiless mix popped wednesday along with 2 others and now has its first set of true leaves showing but the one in coco hasnt even poked her head up yet one more day and if it doesnt show any sign of life ill have to give up on it and either scrap the plant and the comparison idea or throw a new one in coco and have it a week behind

Mr Nice seeds has the only mom/pop plants.

Just out of curiosity I'm growing one outside, it's a Dinafem WW (together with the Blue W.). It's a quite small plant which grows like a sativa but having a classical indica look. Has wide fingered dark green leaves and very slow to flower , although started to stink like hell. Seems good. Blue Widow seems the same but much larger.
Everything grown from Dinafem was from decent to spectacular.

ill be doing a grow soon with all the white widow breeds but im sure black widow will be the best since its the REAL "white widow"

Have you gotten the seeds or decided which breeders to use? We all think the Black Widow will win but I do believe that one of the others may have a really really good pheno

havent made a master list yet but pretty much every large breeder that has a white widow strain will be used. im sure black widow will be the best but we'll find out i guess.

ya I got to say the nicest pic I've seen yet came from black widow I pulled this one of the mr. nice forum by far the best white widow I've seen so far but most of the black widow plants I've seen on the web don't come close to this pheno.

damn that looks pretty good. i grew nirvanas white widow and it came out pretty good but didnt look like that lol.
im pretty excited to try black widow.

yea Ive seen some nirvana widows that were nice. Very very frosty and white looking but the pheno variation was out there. If you're will to share cuts of the number one widow i'll through down some money with ya. Or get you a 5 or 10 pack.

ya we'll see. not sure exactly when ill be doing this but i will at some point within the next year.

dumb thread... next time have a purpose or just google white widow.
