Have you seen these QB11 from HLG? One or two of these QB11 in 660nm deep red will work well and should be more cost effective.

If you are not in the USA, then there are also other options that may be more inexpensive and convenient than those Opulent Americas starboards.

too bad that im not living is usa, and can only order from arrow, not that many options to be honest.

can you please direct me to any product sold by arrow that might help ?
