yellow leafs and cupping no matter what I do

So she's growing good but I can't figure out why she is cupping so bad I keep her in a makeshift dome that I mist when it dries up because my room lacks any humidity I tried lifting the light up then they cup down try taking the dome off they stay the same and now she's getting yellow leafs I thought nute deffiency so I put a super small amount of nutes in the water about half a week ago now
I use tap water have two grow lights from Walmart I'm using miracle grow rooting soil and it's a berry bomb strain (phone isn't letting me upload pics for some reason will try later)
