Usually when no on responds it is because there is not enough info and there 1st question has to be to ask for more info.
This is a paste, the questions are not specific to your situation.
The more information you give the better the help you will get.

How big are your pots?
What medium is being used?
How often do you water?
How often do you water only between nutes?
How much water do you use?
What % run off do you have?
What nutes are you using and what quantities?
Temp and humidity?
Do you have fans for air circulation?
What type lights and distance from canopy?
Stuff like that and other info will help generate interest.

Wooow ok.... on Caribbean Island everything is difficult to get so I improvised a lot start with net pot across the medium through the nutrients to the rockwool....
1. The size of the net pots-it is more wider than deeper comparing with a real net worth...
2. For medium I'm using River Rocks, because it is impossible to find everything what I need here on the island unless you order online which I am not in position to do that...
3. I watered them every time when I see the top of Jiffy peat pellets is dry so I'm also thinking about I might over watered them...
4. Every time when I water them it is 50% of nutrient mixed with water never plain water until lately.
5. The temperature is 30 Celsius degrees humidity between 50 and 80
6. Nutrient are Earth Juice
7. I'm using CFL equivalent 150 watts 6500k two of them it was like 10 cm from plants so I move them more up.
I have one intake PC fan two outake fans (1 PC and other one is small desk fan.)

i'm not sure what you mean by 50% of nutrients mixed with water? you mean half strength? for a plant that small i'd go about 10-20% to start with. 30C is pretty hot, if you can drop it a few degrees it'll help.
you might want to add a little hydrogen peroxide to your water, for two reasons, it'll help oxygenate that warm water, and it'll kill any pathogens in your water that might be eating your roots.

Yes.... 50% strength of the recommandation on bottles. The heat is bit problem in side res.coz 2 bottles of ice was melt in 2 hrs. And how much peroxide to add per galon?
Tnx for support guys

if you're using the 3% stuff from the drug store, about 15 ml per gallon, if you're using the 29+% stuff, 2 or 3 ml per gallon.
50% is too hot for young plants, i'd go about 20%. actually, i think i'd let them go a watering or two with nothing, then pick up about 20-25%.
not much you can do about the temps, but the h2o2 should help some.
maybe a little more airflow wouldn't hurt.
