yellow leaves and wilting

Hey guys,
This is my first grow and I am having some issues.

I started out with 3 Ice and 3 Bubbalicious seeds. I now have 3 Ice plants and 1 bubba in netpots.
The pictures will tell the story below.

the temp in the tent is hovering around 84-88f under a 400w HPS. it is vented via a cooltube hood connected to a 6" 440CFM fan running at about 50%.
Intake is coming from a an open flap in the tent. the dimensions are 4'x2'x5', in hindsight the tent is seriously short. I will adjust for this the next time around and use this one as a mother tent.
In any case I am getting yellowing leaves, with spots.

Ice DWC 1300-1350 PPM, Res temp 76.8f, Ph 5.7
Bubbalicious 1150-1200 PPM, Res temp 76.8f, ph 5.8

I'm not a DWC grower but I feel that 1150-1200 ppm is a bit high, especially for such small plants. yellow leaves usually means N def.

Hmm I was trying to follow the lucas formula using flora nova 8ml per gallon. those buckets have 4 1/2 gallons in each. i did adjust the PH the night before i took those pictures. the PH before that was around 6.5-7ph (didn't have my ph meter yet).
Could it be nute lockout?

Nute burn! Those crinkly tips are diagnostic.
Young plants need to be started slow. Cut your concentrations by a factor of four. I mean it. Run 300 ppm, and ramp that up as the plants gain age and vigor. You're feeding a toddler spareribs and artichokes. And beer. Jmo. cn

I just dumped the res and refilled the bubb is now at 350ppm and the Ice was actually holdinhg it's own of the 3 1 of them had burns it was also the one with the strongest root system. I dropped that res and its nnow 800ppm on the ice. Lets see what happens in a few days..
