Yellow Leaves

Is it ok to pull off yellow leaves if you are growing outside? My plants have very dense foliage and the bottom part does not get much light.

Yes . I rip some off everyday when I water . My experience 0 effect to plant, def opens plant up and allows more light to bottom. Don’t be scared you won’t hurt her!
