yellow sediment

Not sure if the problem I am having is the build up of nutrients, too many nutrients or the type.
I am using gardening magic, nutrients made by a hydronic store locally. Possibly my water?

My PH is at 6.0 and I am running a fog ponics system. Half prescribed nutrients.

yes, tap thats been PH'd.

But I cleaned it out that day, now currently running bottled water to see if it happens again. Last time it took about a week.
