Yellow Spot / Overheating? Problem! HELP!

My plants (X6) are midway through the second week of growing almost 3 weeks in. All has been growing well so far other than a little overheating problem I had a couple days ago that I have since corrected. ( The leaves were curling up slightly... I raised the lights about 1" inch higher added a small fan. The leaves are no longer curling. ) However this morning I noticed a small yellow spot that almost looks like a burn in the middle of a leave. Only on one plant and on no other leaves.

A bit about my grow... 24"X24"X24" box tinfoiled on the walls, white plastic bag on bottom/floor. Under 24hr lights. Lights are roughly 8" inches from top of plant. Small 10" inch fan above them. Temperature is at 29c & humidity is at 40%. Im using two CFL lights, 40W / 2450 lumes EACH. I water every 2 or 3 days depending on how dry the soil looks. As for the soil itself I used Pro-Mix Premium Organic Vegetables & Herb mix.

i wouldnt worry about it too much unless it spreads or gets bigger should be fine
It seemed to have gotten worse. I'm not 100% sure but I think it's a nitrogen deficiency. I don't over water, every two or three days as needed. The lights are 8" to 10" away from the top of the plants. I'm wondering if it's time to transplant them or add seaweed extract to the water. I have a pH meter coming in the mail hopefully that helps. As for now, I boil my water then put it into a glass jar and wait til it's the same temperature as the grow room and use it when they need to be watered. I included a picture of what it looks like today 3 days later.
