A little more info about the strain and the soil you are using would help but just from looking at the plant and not knowing any info, let me see if I can help. First thought is that it could be in need of nitrogen. Was the soil you planted in fortified with nutes? If it is fortified then it is probably not a nitrogen deficiency. Do you check the ph of your water? And how much do you water? Most pot plants that size don't need much more than a misting or 2 a day. You don't need to soak them at that age. Also the ph of your water or nutrient solution should be between 5.5-6.5 If your not checking your ph get a tester or some test strips and find out where your at because if your ph is way off then it will prevent your plant from taking in water and nutes and cause your plant to die a slow death. If you have any more questions you can pm me. Hope this helps

thanks alot mate

Well the one showing damage was in some really cheap soil - and i was using tap water with a ppm of 370 - i believed i had salt lock so transplanted growth seems to be slight but definite but the yellowing as much as the growth.

Its now in plagron light mix - ive heard it should have enough feed for seedlings?

pH going in is 6.3

Im still getting to grips with the dry/wet stage so this could possibly be damage from this? What worries me is although there is new growth the yellowing seems to catch up as much as it grows

How many plants is this in the pics, 2?

If it's 2, one looks fine, one not so good. Soil looks good.

Both same strain?

How old.... looks like maybe a week?

You might just have a picky weak biatch that's gonna be hard to grow.
