Yellowing old growth as well as light colored new growth. Ph off? Nute Def?

Hey guy's i'm new here and could use your advice. Detailed info below.

Strain: Green Crack in "Manna Mix" soil (21 days into flower)

Problem: Yellowing old growth as well as lighter colored new growth with somewhat purple veins in some of the leaves. Growth seems a bit stunted and am wondering what I can do to correct this and get things back on track so they will finish strong and as close to their full potential as possible.

Current Water
: PH usually to 6.3 and let sit out 24 hours to help chlorine dissipate as i'm using water from the tap.

Current Nutes: Using the Foxfarm Trio (Grow big,Big bloom,Tiger Bloom) and add AN "SensiCal Mg mix" at 5ml per gallon every other water.

To little nitrogen? PH to high/low? Cal-Mag def?

Here are a few pics to give you guys a better idea:

Those fan leaves will get more yellow as they flower, you actually want them to be totally yellow when you chop. The fans will be first, then the sugar leaves. The buds will use up all the Nitrogen in the leaves as it finishes. Also, not enough light around the bottom of the plant will cause yellowing down there. Since you're only 21 days in, I would add a tad more N to the mix for the next few feedings, then start cutting back. BTW I can't wait to get my hands on some of those Green Crack fem seeds from Sickmeds, that's literally THE BEST dank I've ever smoked. I'm SO glad it isn't clone only anymore :) Did you start with a clone or from seed? If seed, where did you get it? I was told that those seeds wouldn't be released until Aug 31?

I'm really trying to figure out if I need to add more nutes or if it looks to be nutrient lockout. At 21 days in I shouldn't be showing signs of yellowing fan leaves yet. I'm not getting enough nitrogen but not sure if that's due to my PH being off and locking up the plants nute intake or if my fert's are a little on the weak side and need added nitrogen.

What do you feel is the best PH to run when using soil? Some say 5.8-6.3 but others say 6.3-6.8

As for the strain it was brought up from Cali by a friend as a clone. Was able to cross it with a reallly stinky Sour Diesel and am looking forward to doing some of those in the near future as well. Will do a grow log when that time comes.

This is the Sour Diesel it was crossed with:

And this is the Green Crack. My bad for the poor lighting.

I have been PH'ing my water to 6.8-7.0 and my plants seem to drink just fine.

Upped my PH to 6.5 and got a runoff of 6.62 so my soil seems to be fine.

Sound like I just need more nutes. What do you guys think though?

They look fine to me. Some yellowing of inner/lower leaves is normal once they start to flower. Just a tip for all the new growers out there...you don't want to cut all N when they hit flowering stage...they still need it just not as much as in Veg.
