Yellowing on new growth

Hey fellow growers,
I have an unknown sativa strain that is in a guana enriched soil that i have in a 5 gallon tub, shes about 32in tall and is just starting to flower. i put her in the sun at about 8 in the morning and the sun sets at about 7ish, then i'll bring her in at night. i dont give her nutes or anything i feed her when shes dry every 2-3 day with tap that i let sit out for a couple days, i dont have the shit to test ph, ec, etc.

TO THE POINT.
The new leaves growing from the tip (nodes?) and the tips of the branches are a light yellow.
My first thought is a N deficiency. but if she's in soil...idk can you help?

Your plant needs nutes, especially now going into flowering. You are also going to need a PH tester, because if the PH in soil drops below 5.5 or goes higher than 8.0, you are going to have nutrient lock. I suspect deficiencies, especially if the only food is guana.

If you are doing a cheap grow by necessity, at least go spend $5 on a box of Miracle grow bloom fertilizer.

PH a simple rule to follow if you have no tester..... If your tap water is soft, you'll probably need to add a tsp of baking soda per gallon to increase PH. If your tap water is hard, you'll need to add vinegar to bring it down. Letting your tap water sit 24 hours will allow the ph to adjust, but only slightly. My tap water PH is approx 9.3. The water is hard and loaded with deposits. I only use distilled water which should be near 6.5, but it is $1 a gallon.

You can buy a cheap PH test kit and check your water and soil. I guarantee your PH is off and your plant needs food...

Yea, that was my main thought was something to do with a build up of salts because of the pH.
If i were to go out and get a pH tester and start feeding her water with a good lvl would the lock fix it self or is there some other nute that would help dissolve it?

As far as food. Should i just go out and buy a nute NPK high in PK for the flowering?

For flowering, you will want something Higher in P then the others. But I would feed them N for at least the first couple of weeks of flowering. Im feeding my plants all 3 untill the last week when I flush, just so the leaves stay green. Im sure others will debate this and say you only need N for a week or so into flowering, but I dont want my plants stressing at all. But either way, your plant needs nutes like Serapis said.

The best thing to do is check the pH of your water coming out the bottom of your pot. If its too high or low, you need to flush it before your problems get worse.

Ok, i get it, its all pretty simple stuff.

So, so far we've figured the yellowing is caused by a nitrogen def which is most likely caused by a lock up, which is caused by bad ph levels.

So is there anything to fix a lock up like chems or nutes? or will flushing with good ph lvls fix it?
I've seen N def before but it's always been on older leaves connected to stems or branches but not yellowing of the new baby leaves emerging from tips.

Usually flushing with nuetral (PH 7.0) water and going from there is fine. If the new growth is yellowing, you have a serious nute deficiency. At least use Miracle grow blooming food. it has some N. Getting the ph to nuetral or a tad lower will take care of the lock up. If you have hard water ( I suspect you do) go buy some distilled water or use rainwater.

I think I see leaf bores and possibly something else. Check under your leaves very carefully... The 2nd pic looks like something sucking the leaf from below, and the third pic almost looks like trails left by a leaf bore...

anyone else see that or am I having an anxiety attack!? :)

Nope. I see the exact same thing Serapis. The just plain white dots could be spider mites.

Yea? it could very well be a spidermites. they aren't really trails if you look closely. they dont look like bites, it looks like its just in the leaf somehow. i've never noticed any bugs on it other then aphids.
The middle pics are of the same leaf..those dots are only on about 2-3 leaves.
What i first thought it was, was a spray bottle i was using on her when she was a little. it was my girlfriends smell good body spray shit, i cleaned it out well but the scent would still come back...so idk maybe some kinda chems from the spray burning under light?
